Our own Shelby County Trustee Bob Patterson has been recognized as the #1 County Trustee in the Nation by the National Association of County Collectors, Treasurers, and Finance Officers at their annual meeting in Richmond, Virginia. This is the first time this award, the Victor E. Martinelli Award for Outstanding County Treasurer, has been given to a Tennessean in its 40 years of existence. The nationwide membership of NACCTFO is 3,300 and covers all 50 states.
