SCRP Chairman Bill Giannini and Second Vice-Chair Mark White were the recipients of the Tennessee Republican Party’s Statesmen of the Year Awards for the Seventh and Ninth Congressional Districts, respectively.  They were honored at a dinner last Saturday night, headlined by former Massachusetts Governor and ‘08 Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney.
